Privacy Policy

Information collected
We collect account details, business settings, customer and quote information you enter, service activity, and limited first-party funnel events. Funnel measurement does not intentionally store IP addresses or sensitive form contents.
Payments
Stripe processes subscription and supported customer payments. QuotEstimator stores Stripe customer, subscription, merchant-account, status, and transaction identifiers but does not store full payment-card numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to operate, secure, support, and improve QuotEstimator; deliver quotes and notifications; process subscriptions; and measure signup and activation performance.
New accounts may receive a short onboarding sequence. Each onboarding email includes an unsubscribe link. Essential security, service, and billing communications may still be sent.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate QuotEstimator, including hosting, email, payment, and storage providers. Information is retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.
Your choices
You may update account and business information in the app, unsubscribe from onboarding email, or contact Support about access, correction, or deletion requests.
