Terms of Service

Effective date: August 18, 2026.

Subscription

QuotEstimator offers recurring access for $39 per month or $349 per year. The selected plan renews automatically at the same interval until canceled. Prices may change only with advance notice as required by law.

Free quote

A newly created business may create one real quote without a payment card. The allowance is consumed when that quote is successfully saved and is not restored if the quote is deleted.

Payment and failed charges

Stripe processes subscription payments. Access may continue while Stripe retries a past-due payment, but becomes read-only if the subscription becomes unpaid or canceled.

Cancellation and refunds

Contact QuotEstimator Support by phone, text, or email to request cancellation. Unless Support confirms otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Payments are not automatically prorated or refunded; applicable legal rights and any written exception from Support still apply.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, business information, customer data, quotes, taxes, and compliance with laws applicable to your business. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AdvantageUp disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
