Terms of Service

Effective date: August 18, 2026.

Subscription

QuotEstimator offers recurring access for $49 per month or $349 per year. The selected plan renews automatically at the same interval until canceled. Prices may change only with advance notice as required by law.

Customer Marketing add-on

Eligible existing business profiles may receive Customer Marketing without an additional charge. Other businesses may add Customer Marketing for $19 per month or $169 per year, including up to 5,000 marketing email sends per month. Unused sends do not roll over. Sending is suspended when the add-on is canceled, unpaid, or used in violation of these terms, while subscriber preferences and campaign history may be retained with the business account.

Free quote

A newly created business may create one real quote without a payment card. The allowance is consumed when that quote is successfully saved and is not restored if the quote is deleted.

Payment and failed charges

Stripe processes subscription payments. Access may continue while Stripe retries a past-due payment, but becomes read-only if the subscription becomes unpaid or canceled.

Cancellation and refunds

Contact QuotEstimator Support by phone, text, or email to request cancellation. Unless Support confirms otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Payments are not automatically prorated or refunded; applicable legal rights and any written exception from Support still apply.

Marketing email responsibilities

Businesses using Customer Marketing must send only to recipients for whom they have a lawful basis and must honor consent limits and unsubscribe requests. Purchased, scraped, or automatically enrolled lists are prohibited. Businesses are responsible for truthful sender information and content, a valid postal address, and compliance with applicable advertising, privacy, and anti-spam laws. QuotEstimator may suppress recipients after an unsubscribe, bounce, or spam complaint and may pause sending to protect recipients and platform deliverability.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, business information, customer data, quotes, taxes, campaign content, and compliance with laws applicable to your business. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AdvantageUp disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
