Finding-level photos, video, and technician notes make each Good, Caution, or Needs Attention finding clear. An overall vehicle walkthrough video adds context when the whole vehicle needs attention.
Texting and approvals
One tap opens the phone’s Messages app with the customer number and ready-to-send wording already filled in. On iPhone, Messages uses iMessage when available and SMS otherwise.
